对武汉体院03级网球专选队员赛前情绪的研究

摘　　要：通过对武汉体院03级网球专选队员赛前情绪的分析,找出了竞赛本身具有的应激性、赛前队员们看待对手实力的心理反应、赛前队员自信心的高低、赛前队员对比赛结果的想法及队员对外界环境的适应性这几个影响网球队员赛前情绪的因素,从而在今后的训练中有针对性地提高队员的心理水平及他们比赛的能力和成绩。By analyzing the pre-match spirit of the 2003 grade student tennis players in Wuhan Physical Education College, we find out several pre-mateh factors which affect the players＇ spirit, such as the players＇ reactions caused by competition, the psychological reactions of how to treat with their opponents, their confidences, their expectations of the contest result, and their adaptability to the environment. All these would help to improve the players＇ psychological level in the future training, e contest result, their adaptability of the environment. All these would properly help to improve players＇ psychological level in the future training.
