摘　　要：为适应现代经济和社会的发展,使企业面临纷繁复杂的内部和外界环境,利用遗传算法和人工神经网络建立一数学模型, 同时结合企业态势分析法(SWOT)选取各类指标——企业所处状态、策略集,形成一个完善的企业决策模型;该模型能在充分考虑企业现有状况和已有历史数据的情况下,得出决策结果,帮助企业管理者作出科学决策。As economy and society develop, companies face a complex interior and exterior environment. A mathematical model is set up which is based on Artificial Neural Network （ANN） and Genetic Algorithm （GA）, and the targets are given referencing to the SWOT analysis method, such as the state of a company and strategies and formation of a perfect decision model; the model can give the best decision of vested object according to the present situation and historical data of the company, thus helping the company＇s leaders make scientific decisions.
