摘  要:研究了不同浓度NaCl和Na2SO4对7个苜蓿品种种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响,结果表明,盐溶液胁迫下,苜蓿的种子和幼苗的耐盐性强弱表现相同.Na2SO4胁迫下,新牧1号杂花苜蓿耐盐性最强,其次为苜蓿王,三得利耐盐性最弱; NaCl胁迫下,新牧1号杂花苜蓿耐盐性最强,其次为新疆大叶,费纳尔耐盐性最弱.NaCl溶液胁迫下种子萌发的耐受临界为28~70 mmol/L;Na2SO4溶液胁迫下种子萌发的耐受临界为99~141 mmol/L.Seeds and seedlings of seven varieties of alfalfa were treated with different concentrations of NaCl and Na2SO4, The results showed that the effect of the salt stress on the seed germination was nearly as same as the seedlings salt endurance. In the continuing Na2SO4 stress, NO. 1 Xinmu is the best one; next is the Emperor; Sandely is worst. While, referring to the NaCl, stress NO. 1 Xinmu is also the best one; The next is Xinjiangdaye; Venal is the weakest. Under the stress of NaCl and Na2SO4 critical level of seed germination was 99-141 mmol/L and 28-70 mmol/L.
