中西医结合疗法治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：对72例膝关节骨关节炎患者采用关节内冲洗加中药内服进行治疗。并与单纯关节内冲洗进行对照。经随访3个月～1年的统计结果表明,两组近期疗效无明显差异,但远期疗效中西医结台组显著高于单纯关节内冲洗组。其优良率分别为65.5%和37.5%。提示在采用关节内冲洗治疗该病的同时,加用某些具有清热解毒、消炎止痛的中药内服,能明显提高远期疗效,降低复发率。Two groups of the therapy,the oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine plus ir- rigation insid joint and simple irrigation inside joint,were respectively conducted.Through follow-up sur- vey of 3 months to one year and statistic analysis,there were no significant difference in shorter period of therapy,But significant difference was there between the two groups in longer period of the therapy with su- perior rate of 67.5% in group of irrigation inside joint plus oral administration of some traditional Chinese medicine with clearing away heat and toxic substance,and antiinflammatory and analgesic effects,which can promote the Therapeutic effect for a longer period and reduce the rate of recurrence.
