非洲菊的组织培养与快速繁殖

摘　　要：取非洲菊的花托为外植体进行组织培养,成功获得再生植株,并建立了快速繁殖体系.诱导培养基1/2MS+6-BA10mg/L+NAA1.0mg/L处理为最优,能诱导出愈伤组织并成芽;增殖培养MS+6-BA1.5mg/L+NAA0.12mg/L的处理可达到最高的繁殖倍数;生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA0.5mg/L时生根率最高,长势最好.The reborn plants are acquired successfully by taking the receptacle of the Gerbera jamesonii as the explant of the tissue culture, and the system of quick reproduction is also established. The superior induction medium is 1/2 MS＋6-BA10mg/L ＋ NAA1.0mg/L, which can induce the callus, calli, and bud. The best proliferation medium is MS＋6-BA1.5mg/L＋NAA0.12mg/L, which can get the best coefficient of reproduction. The root medium of 1/2 MS ＋ IBA0.5mg/L may have the maximum root rate and grow best.
