摘  要:目的研究应用计算机辅助投射条纹测试技术(computer-aided projecting fringe measurement,CAPFM)测量乳房三维形貌.方法基于CAPFM基本原理和软件编程技术研制乳房三维形貌测量系统,采用该系统测量塑料人体模特乳房三维形貌,并与直尺法和体积置换测量法(volume replacedmeasurement,VRM)相比较.结果研究表明应用该系统测量乳房具有以下优点:(1)非接触性三维测量,测量准确度与直尺法和VRM法无明显差别;(2)测量速度快,采集数据仅需0.5 s,测量总耗时约2~3min;(3)自动化程度高,测量过程基本由计算机软件控制;(4)线性项目测量灵敏度达0.6 mm,体积达1 ml,可以完全满足临床需要.结论应用CAPFM测量乳房三维形貌的方法,具备临床应用可行性和先进性.Objective To study the use of computer-aided projecting fringe measurement (CAPFM) to measure 3-D shape of the breast. Methods A CAPFM system and software used for meas uring breast was developed. 3-D shape of the plastic manikin breasts was measured with the system. At the same time, the breasts were also measured with ruler and volume replaced measurement (VRM) as comparison. Results This study indicated that the CAPFM system had some advantages: (1) it was non-contact 3-D measurement, and the measurement's accuracy of the system was not significantly different from those of the controlled measurement methods; (2) it was fast, collecting data needed only 0. 5 second, and the measurement costed about 2~3 minutes; (3) the system was highly automatic, and meas urement procedures were under the control of the software; (4) the measurement's sensitivity was as high as 0.6 mm (linearity) and lml (volume), which entirely met the clinical requirements. Conclusion The CAPFM system for measuring 3-D shape of the breast is a feasible and advanced technique.
