国产与进口封堵器关闭动脉导管未闭疗效的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:通过与Amplatzer动脉导管未闭(PDA)封堵器的对比研究,评价国产心健封堵器的临床疗效。方法:2000年7月-2003 年6月,分别采用Amplatzer及国产心健封堵器进行PDA介入治疗83例及197例。对两组疗效,并发症,价格等方面进行对比研究。结果:两组成功率分别为98．8％及100％;手术时间、曝光时间、残余分流等方面无显著差异,国产封堵器组的输送长鞘较Amplatzer 组大,但未限制其在本组资料中的应用。国产封堵器组无严重并发症,Amplatzer组出现溶血及股动脉血栓各1例。国产封堵器的费用明显低于Amplatzer堵闭装置。结论:国产心健封堵器达到进口装置的疗效水平,并发症少,价格明显低于进口封堵器。Objective： To evaluate the clinic effect of transcathetrer closure patent ductus arterious （PDA） using the home-made duct occluder comparaed with Aamplatzer device. Methods： Both two groups data were adopted our institute from July, 2000 to June, 2003. The patients were underwent transcatheter closure of a patent ductus arterious using the Xinjian （197 cases） or Amplatzer duct occluder （83 cases）, The comparative study included the effect, complications and costs, et al. Results： The success rate was 98. 8% and 100^ between two groups. There were no significant differences among operation time, fluoroscopy time, residual shunt. The delivery sheath in home- made device was bigger, but it did not restrict the applications in the data. There were no complications in the home-made device group. One hemolysis and femoral artery thrombus was observed in the Amplatzer device group. The home-made device group was less costly than the Amplatzer device group. Conclusion： Transcatheter closure PDA using the home-made occluder is as effective, less complications and costly than the import device.
