食管贲门癌伴糖尿病的围手术期处理(附48例报告)

摘　　要：目的:探讨合并糖尿病的食管贲门癌患者的外科治疗。方法:对1995年4月-2005年4月在我院进行手术治疗的48例合并糖尿病的食管贲门癌患者的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果:48例患者围手术期血糖控制范围:5．6-9．0mmol／L,尿糖:+-++。无手术死亡,无严重并发症,所有病例全部顺利渡过围手术期。结论:合理应用胰岛素,将血糖控制在一定范围,合并糖尿病的食管贲门癌患者能够安全渡过围手术期。Objective： To investigate the management of surgical treatment of esophageal and cardiac carcinoma with diabetes. Methods： From April 1995 to April 2005,48cases of esophageal and cardiac carcinoma with diabetes were underwent operation in our hospital,their clinical date were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The blood glucose level of 48 cases was controlled between5. 6 mmol/L to 9. 0mmol/ L, the urine glucose was controlled between ＋ to ＋＋. There were no operative deaths,no serious complication during perioperative period. Concision：The patients of esophageal and cardiac carcinoma with diabetes can pass perioperative period safely if their blood glucose could be adjusted to a reasonable level by using insuline correctly.
