摘  要:本文采用家兔肺泡巨噬细胞(AM)体外培养法,以细胞存活率、细胞内游离钙离子浓度([Ca2+]1)为指标,研究了异搏定(Verapami1)对二氧化硅细胞毒性的拮抗作用。结果表明:在含钙介质中,α-石英对巨噬细胞的毒性作用引起细胞存活率下降和胞浆游离Ca2+浓度的升高,并随α-石英剂量的增大和时间的延长作用加剧,这种效应可部分地被异搏定所抑制。但在无钙介质中,未观察到细胞存活率下降和胞浆游离Ca2+浓度升高的现象。This paper studied about the resistance effect of verapamil to the cytotoxicity of α- quartz by means of extcrnal culture of alveolar macrophage of rabbit with the indices of the cell's survival percent,eytoplasmic free Ca2+ concentration([Ca2+]2).The results are mainly as follows:In the Ca2+ -mcdium,the poisonous function ofαquartz to alvcolar macrophagc leads to the inereasc of[Ca2+]1.The higher the concetration of α-quartz dust suspension,or the longer the timce of action,the lower the cell's survival pereent and the grcater the increase of[Ca2+] 1.However,this effect can be partly inhibited by verapamil. But in the medium abscnce of Ca2+,the decreasc of cell's survival percent and the increasc of[Ca2+] 1 are not observed.
