摘　　要：目的评价Amplatzer动脉导管未闭封堵器在非动脉导管未闭心血管疾病中的临床应用价值。方法1998年5月至今,采用Amplatzer动脉导管未闭封堵器治疗非动脉导管未闭心血管疾病共13例,其中肺动静脉瘘7例、主动脉右窦破入右心室3例、冠状动脉瘘2例、左锁骨下动脉近段假性动脉瘤1例。介入治疗前、后均行超声心动图或/和心血管造影检查。结果13例操作技术全部成功,除1例发生一过性冠状动脉气栓外,余无并发症发生。结论Amplatzer动脉导管未闭封堵器应用于一些非动脉导管未闭疾病的介入治疗安全有效。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of applying the Amplatzer occluder to other non-PDA cardiovascular malformations. Methods The Amplatzer occluders were implanted in 13 patients with non patent ductus arterious （PDA） cardiovascular malformations, including 7 cases of pulmonary arteriovenous fistula, 3 cases of ruptured sinus of valsava, 2 cases of coronary artery fistula and 1 case of pseudo aneurysm of left subclavian artery from May 1998 to November 2005. Transthoracic echocardiography and/or angiography was performed before and after the procedure. Results The implantation procedure was successful in all 13 patients. Coronary air embolism happened in 1 patient but no other complication was observed. Condusion Transcatheter closure of cardiovascular malformations besides PDA with the Amplatzer occluder may be safe and feasible.
