摘 要:在定向光条件下,研究水培风信子根系的生长情况。结果表明:水培风信子根的生长表现出明显的负向光性, 其感受光的部位是根冠;光强越强,根长越短,根数越少,根越粗,负向光性越明显;不同光质对根长、根数、根粗无明显影响,但蓝光对负向光性诱导最明显,红光则无效;高浓度生长素(IAA)的培养液在抑制根长的同时增加了负向光性弯曲角度。The root growth of hydroponic hyacinth was observed under the fixed direction of light. The results showed that: the roots of hydroponic hyacinth presented obvious negative photodropism, and the root cap showed the responsive zone. The roots number and length decreased along with the increasing of light intensity, while the roots diameter and the angle of negative photodropism were increased in hydroponic hyacinth. The length, number and diameter of hydroponic hyacinth showed no difference treated by various light wave length. Root negative photodropism was induced effectively by the blue light while the red light was ineffective. High IAA concentration in nutrient solution increased the angle of negative photodropism and shortened the length of roots. The effects of light on the root growth could be applied in the cultivation of hydroponic hyacinth.
