摘  要:总结广西大学图书馆新馆咨询台开展工作一年以来的实践经验,归纳读者咨询问题分为4大类型2个层次:即①咨询图书馆各项服务地点问题;②各项规章制度问题;③利用图书馆技术问题;④非图书馆类问题。两个层次是,①图书情报知识性咨询;②专题性咨询。在浅析咨询问题基础上,提出了咨询台今后工作的趋势。In this paper, the authors has summarized the experience of consultation services in the library in recent years and broken readers' questions down into four types at two layers: (1) the locations of various kinds of services in library; (2) the problems concerning the rules and regulations of library; (3) the use of library technology; (4) the non-library issues. The 2 layers include: (1) consultation on library and information knowledge; and (2) special topic consultation information and special topic. The paper has put forward the trend of consultation counter in the future,
