摘　　要：从倡导农大图书馆管理理念出发,提出效益管理是农大图书馆管理改革的主要任务,并对农大图书馆效益管理的主要内容进行了阐述,同时联系我校实际情况提出了重组传统管理模式实施效益管理的两种方式。Starting from the concept of library management in agricultural universities, this paper has advocated that performance management is the major task in library management reform of agricultural universities, described the major content in performance library management of agricultural universities, and put forward suggestions to adopt 2 methods from the actual situation of the university： the method of recombination of traditional management model and the method of adopting performance management.
