爽身粉在预防胸部术后皮肤并发症的作用

摘　　要：目的观察爽身粉预防胸部术后患者皮肤并发症的作用。方法将胸部术后的100例患者,随机分成实验组与对照组各50例,对照组给予常规的压疮护理;实验组在常规护理基础上于术后2 h开始用爽身粉涂擦全背、腰、骶尾部皮肤,每2 h 1次。比较两组患者平卧1 h、2 h、3 h皮肤潮湿度、受压部位发红面积及红晕退去时间、术后5 d全背部皮肤并发症。结果两组患者平卧1 h、2 h、3 h皮肤潮湿度、受压部位的发红面积及红晕退去时间有统计学意义(均P<0．01),术后5 d 实验组背部皮肤并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0．01)。结论爽身粉可吸收水分、脂类分子及其他化学刺激物,阻碍皮肤对有毒物质的吸收,能保持局部皮肤干爽、清洁,预防胸部术后卧床患者压疮的形成,减少皮肤并发症。Objective To study the application of toilet powder in clinical care. Methods 100 patients with post thoracotomy in our hospital were randomly divided into the experiment group （50 cases）and the control group （50 cases）. The control group accepted routine clinical care, and the experiment group accepted basic clinical care and inunction on skin of back, waist and sacrococcygeal with toilet powder every two hours. Degree of wetness, redness area of compression part, time of flush disappear, complications 5 days after thoracotomy were analyzed by statistics. Results The patients in the experiment group had less degree of wetness, redness area of compression part, time of flush disappear, and lower incidence postoperative complications （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Toilet powder can relieve the pressure on local skin, keep skin dry and clearing, and prevent pressure sore in bedridden patients.
