摘 要:目的肺结核是再度肆虐传染病,全程督导化疗意义重大。了解健康教育对肺结核病治疗效果的影响情况。方法自2002年1~12月接待的病人,分单、双日将门诊病人分为两组进行不同程度的防痨宣教,从两组中随机抽取200位病人进行统计分析。结果病人能完成规定疗程的情况: 甲组为68%,乙组为91%,两组有明显差别(P<0.05);治疗期间平均服药率:甲组为61%,乙组为 94%;平均完成应复查次数:甲组为41%,乙组为86%,两组均有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论门诊防痨宣教可使患者自觉规律服药、定期复查,提高治愈率;加深患者对医务人员的信任,配合医生完成规定疗程;门诊防痨宣教不受场所设备限制,便于普及。Objective Pulmonary tuberculosis is a kind of rebounding contagious disease, Directly Observed Treatment Total-course is very meaningful. Understand the influence of healthcare teaching on pulmonary TB cure result. Methods Divide the outpatients into two groups according to the odd or even date the patients visit us from Jan.2002 through Dec.2002, teach them TB prevention knowledge differently, take out 200 patients from every group randomly and do statistical analysis on their data. Results The status (%) the prescribed treatment course finished: Group A 68%, Group B 91%, the difference is meaningful in statistics (P〈0.05); The even rate of medicine taking: Group A 61%, Group B 94%; The even finish rate of re-exam: Group A 41%, Group B 86%, the difference is much meaningful in statistics (P〈0.01). Conclusion The TB preventive teaching on outpatients can make them take the medicine regularly, do physical re-exam timely and improve their cure rate. It also can make TB patients believe the doctors more deeply, finish the prescribed treatment course cooperatively; It doesn't need much facilities, spacious concourse, and can be accomplished widely.
