摘 要:以10个省内和省外玉米自交系为被测系,采用NC-Ⅱ交配设计,研究了主要性状的配合力.结果表明,所测性状一般配合力在被测系间存在极显著差异.多数性状一般配合力符合育种要求的自交系有新18—7711和288,可在育种中直接利用.部分性状一般配合力有利的自交系有75-14高、5003和中黄65,可用来改良其它自交系或用作选育二环系的基础材料.产量的特殊配合力效应与产量表现不一致.对于本试验中小区产量较高的组合有待进一步对其产量潜力和适应性进行多点鉴定,以便筛选出强优势组合供生产利用.Using NC-Ⅱ design, 10 maize inbreds were tested for main charcters in 1993.The results showed that there were significant differences among estimates of general combining ability(GCA) of the inbreds. The lines Xin18-7711and 288,GCA of their most characters were of benefit to F1 hetersis,can be directly used as parents of hybrids. Other lines can be used to improve individual character or as basic materials for breeding new lines. The plot yields didn't coincide with estimates of special combining ability for plot yield. The crosses with high yield in this trial must be tested for their yield potentiality and adaptation at many locations and years so that the elite hybrids can be selected for application in production.
