摘　　要：高校图书馆在发展中存在着功能界定不清、规模取向盲目、组织构建不合理等问题,已影响到其健康持续发展。在分析高校图书馆发展优势的基础上指出存在的问题,并对未来的功能取向提出见解。There have been some problems in the development of the university＇s hbrary,such as function being not defined unclear, scale orientation blindly, organization structure question being unreasonable, which have already influenced the university＇s library to develope continuously healthily. This text points out the existing problem on the basis of analysing development advantage of the university＇s library, and put forward the opinion on the function orientation of the future.
