老板口服液的药效学研究

摘　　要：对老板口服液的主要药效学进行了研究．结果表明，老板口服液能明显延长小鼠常温下游泳时间和耐常压缺氧时间，对小鼠因氢化可的松造成的阳虚证和大黄所致的脾虚证有明显改善作用，并显著抑制正常小鼠小肠推进运动．增加小鼠脾、胸腺等器官系数和明显延长小鼠不动时间．提示该方具有健脾补肾、益气安神和提高机体免疫力之功效．The pharmacodynamics of the Laoban oral liquid(LBOL)has been studied.Our results show that LBOL(1. 82, 3. 64 g·kg-1) has markedly prolonged the swimming time and oxygen lacking time in mice, markedly inhibited the peristalsis of digestive tract and could markedly increase the weight of thymus and spleen of normal mice.It is also showed that LBOL could improve the deficiency of'Qi'in mice.These effects indicate that LBOL is beneficial to spleen and kidney,'Qi'and immune system of mice.
