摘  要:海岛海洋文化不仅是我国发展海洋文化产业的重要突破口,而且是发展海洋经济不可或缺的组成部分。为此,应主动打破海岛封闭性,积极发展有特色的海洋文化企业,充分有序地发掘显性与隐性海洋文化资源,精心打造海洋文化精品,并实行民营化企业管理机制,多渠道投资,促使海岛海洋文化产业走出困境,走上良性发展的轨道。Developing marine culture in island areas means not only a breakthrough toward the development of China's marine culture industry, but also an indispensable part of the nation's marine economy. Therefore, with plentiful marine culture resources available, island areas are advised to establish businesses with their local characteristics so as to create good products in terms of marine culture. Such business can be operated by nongovernmental groups and the money to be needed can be raised in several flexible ways. This will help marine culture industry in island areas to develop much better.
