聚合物注塑残余应力计算的非线性粘弹性模型研究

摘  要:从无定形聚合物的结构特点出发,考虑注塑冷却过程中温度和应力对聚合物粘弹性行为的影响,提出了残余应力计算的粘弹性本构方程.利用该模型对无定形聚合物注塑冷却过程的残余应力进行模拟计算,计算结果与实验结果接近.From the point of view of the structure, this article suggests non-linear viscoelastic constitutive equations which are used to calculate the residual stress in injection molded amorphous polymers. In the process of calculation, the effects of temperature and stress on the viscoelastic behaviors of polymers have been included. We calculated the residual stress of polystyrene plate in injection by means of the equations. The calculating results are consistent with experimental data which show that the non-linear viscoelastic model is more accurate and effective.
