摘  要:用螺杆带动光电池研究光的衍射时,其测量精确度较低.为了精确得到衍射的光强分布规律,本文利用MATLAB软件作数值模拟和CCD系统测量两种方法,分别对几种典型的衍射单元的衍射光强分布规律进行了对比研究.数值模拟方法适用于较规则形状,能精确得到衍射强度分布公式的衍射单元;CCD系统适用于任意形状和衍射单元.该方法通过计算机处理输入的衍射光图像.实验结果表明,本文采用的两种方法是研究光的衍射强度分布规律的适用的方法.The method with electric eye moved by screw has low precision to measure intensity distribution of diffraction intensity. To obtain higher accurate measarement of distribution of diffraction, the intensity distribution rule of diffraction of representation unit is studied contrast in this paper by numerical simulation with MATLAB and measurement by CCD system are usde to study the intensity distribution of typical diffraction units, the experimental results are compared each other. The numerical simulation method is applied to diffraction unit with regular shape and certain mathematical inensity distribution; while measuring with CCD system, which process the input diffranction imagary by computer, is applied to different diffraction units. The results shows numerical simulstion ang CCD measurement system are suitabe and practical.
