摘 要:外加状语在语篇建构中有着不可替代的作用,是不可或缺的重要语篇衔接手段,能够引导读者与作者一起参与语篇衔接与连贯的建构。一个语篇的生成实际上是作者和读者进行交流的一个过程,是他们共同努力从无限的语言资源中做出有限的选择的结果。外加状语使得作者和读者之间的交流有了沟通的渠道,所以它是构成语篇衔接的重要手段,是语篇命题之间的动态衔接枢纽,对于建构一个衔接连贯自然的语篇具有重要的意义。Traditionally, studies on disjuncts have been carried solely on the syntactic level, thinking that disjuncts have only commentary function and are optional elements in sentences. It is observed that disjuncts play a very important role in constructing a coherent text and can not be replaced or neglected. It can make the readers feel at ease to co-operate with the writer in constructing a coherent text. The creation of a context is actually a negotiation between the writer and the reader, involving their choices from a potential large amount of language resources. Disjuncts enable the writer to negotiate with his readers, therefore they are important cohesive devices and are dynamic cohesive pivots between contextual propositions, having an important significance in constructing a cohesive and coherent text.
