摘  要:目的:建立RP-HPLC外标法测定复方蛇床子洗剂中蛇床子素的方法.方法:采用Diammsil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),乙睛-水(65∶35)为流动相,检测波长322nm.以氯仿萃取制剂中的蛇床子素.结果:蛇床子素在0.04716~0.4716μg的范围内,峰面积(Y)与浓度(X)的线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=7968.28X+11.652(r=0.9985,n=6).加样回收率是96.45%(RSD=0.85 %,n=5),且精密度、稳定性、重现性都很好.结论:本方法的专属性、准确性、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制.Objective: An RP-HPLC method was established for the quantitative determination of osthol in compound fructus cnidium lotion. Methods:A Diammsil C18 column(4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm) was used with acetonitrile - water(65 : 35) as the mobile phase, the detective wavdength was 322nm. To use chloroform to draw osthd from compound fructus cnidium lotion. Results: The calibration curves was linear in the range of 0. 04716-0.4716μg for osthol (r= 0. 9996). The average recovery and RSD was separately 96.45% and 0.85%. The precision, stability, and reproducibility of the experiment were very good. Conclusion:The method was specific, accurate and precise. It could be used for the quality control of compound fructus cnidium lotion.
