摘　　要：介绍了多哈回合贸易便利化谈判的背景,阐明了在世界贸易组织框架内达成贸易便利化协议的重要意义。围绕多哈回合贸易便利化框架涉及的三个主要问题进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了我国在该议题上的谈判策略。Based on the introduction of the background of negotiations on trade facilitation of Doha round, the importance of reaching an agreement on trade facilitation under the framework of WTO is shown. Then three main problems relevant to the framework agreement are analyzed. Finally, some negotiation countermeasures for China are pat forward.
