用多元统计分析方法探求糖尿病的证治规律

摘　　要：通过多元统计分析方法,结合中医理论,利用SPSS统计软件,从方药的频数和剂量两个角度探求唐宋、金元、明、清各个历史时期糖尿病的方药规律,得出补虚药、清热药是治疗此病的两类主要药物这一重要结论以及方药配伍关系.Through combining multivariate statistical analysis method with herbalist theory and using the software of SPSS, the diabetes syndrome -treatment and prescription -drugs regulation in Tang -song, Jin -yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasty is searched for from both frequency and dosage. Through factor analysis, an important conclusion was made that tonifying drug and heat - clearing drug are two main kinds of drugs treating diabetes, and prescriptiondrugs matching relation of diabetes.
