摘 要:为了验证作为扩展频段电容标准的四端对电容器的频响,提出2种核验方法.用单端口同轴空气介质电容器与四端对空气介质电容器进行同名义值、频率范围在1~13 MHz频响的核验;用四端对电阻器与四端对电容器,在容量1~106pF、频率100 Hz^10 MHz进行频响的核验.2种方法,能定性地说明四端对电容器扩展频段频响测量方法的正确性.此项工作不但为扩展频段阻抗计量中不同端口电容器转换技术奠定了基础,也为用四端对电容器校验四端对电阻的扩展频段频响提供了新方法.Two methods were developed to validate the frequency characteristic of a four-terminal-pair (4TP) capacitor, which acted as the capacitance standard in the extending frequency range. First, frequency characteristics of a 4TP capacitor'were verified by comparison with that of the equal nominal value coaxial capacitor in the frequency range from 1 to 13 MHz. Second, the 4TP capacitor was compared to a 4TP film resistor in the capacitance range from 1 pF to 10^6pF and the frequency range from 100 Hz to 10 MHz. It proves that the measurement result of frequency characteristics of a 4TP capacitor is reasonable and the method is reliable. This research is not only the basis of transfer technology of different terminal port capacitors, but also a new method for using a 4TP capacitor to calibrate the frequency characteristics of a 4TP resistor in impedance metrology in the extending frequency range.
