摘  要:盆栽实验研究了不同浓度铅胁迫对草木樨光合作用、气孔导度和叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:草木樨在1000 mg/L铅下叶中铅含量达最高值时叶绿素含量为最低值;200 mg/L,400 mg/L和600 mg/L铅处理的净光合速率、光饱和点和表观量子光合速率显著高于未作铅处理的,其他浓度铅下的净光合速率和表观量子光合速率显著低于未作铅处理的。气孔导度和光合速率的变化趋势一致。不同浓度铅基本上不改变草木樨的光补偿点。Pot experiment was conducted to study the effect of lead stress on photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance and chlorophyll content of Melilotus suavena with different lead concentration treatment. Results are as the following: when lead concentration is 1000 mg/L, the lead content of leaf reaches maximum value, and the chlorophyll content reduces to minimum; Pn, light saturation point and apparent quantum yield (AQY) are higher than the control when lead concentration is 200 mg/L, 400 mg/L and 600 mg/L, and the others are lower than the control. The change of stomatal conductance is the same as photosynthetic rate' s. Light compensation point was not changed with different lead concentration treatment.
