摘　　要：采用厌氧-好氧工艺处理屠宰废水,工程实践证明,废水处理效果好,各项指标均能达到《肉类加工工业水污染物排放标准》GB13457-92中的一级排放标准。工程具有投资省,能耗少,工艺稳定,设备便于操作管理的优点。Slaughter wastewater was treated by anaerobic-aerobic process, and results showed that the effect of treatment was efficient, with various quality indicators of the effluent up to Class I of national criteria for meat processing. The process had merits of low cost, energy saving, reliable performance and easy to operate.
