型煤成型与型煤粘合剂的研究

摘　　要：本文选用了以聚乙烯醇为主料，用化学合成法研制粘合剂的工艺路线。经过数十次的选料配方及工艺条件的筛选、型煤成型试验，研制出动力型型煤、原料型型煤、民用型型煤。对粘合剂的选料、生产条件、工艺控制、制造工艺流程、物理化学、环境指标等方面进行了论述。This paper discribes the technological process of developing adhesives with chemical synthesis,using polyvinyl alcohol as the main materials.After many times of formulating,screening the technological conditions and testing on the shaping the briquetted coal specially for power generation purpose,domestic use or raw material has been developed.This paper deals with many respects such as choice of materals on the adhesives,conditions of manufacturing,control of technology,process of manufacturing,physical and chemical properties and environmental indexes and so on.
