摘 要:研究硝酸钠-碘化钾-溴化十六烷基吡啶液固体系浮选分离镉的行为及其与常见离子分离的条件.结果表明,在10 mL溶液中,当固体NaNO3用量为1.0 g,0.10 mol/L碘化钾溶液和0.01 mol/L溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)溶液的用量分别为1.0 mL和2.0 mL时,Cd2+被定量浮选,而Zn2+,Mn2+,Ni2+,Co2+,Fe2+,Al3+等在此条件下不被浮选,实现了Cd2+与这些离子的定量分离,据此建立了浮选分离镉的方法.该方法对合成水样中微量镉进行定量浮选分离,浮选率为96.0%~106.3%.The liquid-solid flotation separation behaviour of cadmium in sodium nitrate - potassium iodide - cetylpyridinium bromide (CPB) system and the conditions for separation of cadmium from other metal ions were studied, and a method for flotation separation of cadmium was established. The results showed that with the amount of 1.0 g NaNO3 and 1.0 mL of 0.10 mol/L KI solution and 2.0 mL of 1.0×10^-2 mol/L cetylpyridinium bromide solution, Cd^2+ could be separated quantitatively from Zn^2+, Mn^2+, Ni^2+, Co^2+, Fe^2+, Al^3+. The method has been used for the flotation separation of Cd^2+ in the samples of synthetic water, and the flotation yield of cadmium is 96.0 % - 106.3 %.
