何以我国经济高增长率与高失业率并存?——奥肯定律与中国经济发展的实证研究

摘　　要：近几年,中国经济在保持较高增长速度的同时,也存在较高的失业率,这种经济现象是与西方经济学理论相悖的。文章依据中国国情,从高经济增长率与高失业率并存的客观现实出发,搜集了GNP、GDP与城镇登记失业率的一系列数据,运用spss统计软件中的回归方法构建线性回归模型,表明中国总量经济增长与城镇登记失业率之间的关系明显偏离奥肯定律。并且分析造成此种经济现象的原因,并提出相关建议、对策,以求中国经济在保持较高增长速度的同时,提高就业弹性系数,把失业率降到最低限度。In recent years, China＇s economy develops at a high speed; the high unemployment rate also exists. This is contrary to western economical theories. This paper points out that there is a significant deviation from Okun＇s law in China＇s case. According to the condition in China, the article analyzes the reason and puts forward advice and countermeasures, expecting to increase the employment elastic coefficient while China＇s economy is developing at a high speed, and lower the unemployment rate to the lowest limit.
