ACEI加复方丹参滴丸治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂（ACEI）加复方丹参滴丸治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法 选择糖尿病肾病患者55例，随机双盲分为2组：观察组和对照组。两组均给予一致的含依那普利的基本治疗，观察组在此基础上加用复方丹参滴丸。于治疗前和治疗后3个月检测患者尿蚕白、尿素氮等生化指标并计算内生肌酐清除率。结果 治疗后两组患者尿蛋白、尿素氮、内生肌清除率都得到了改善；与对照组相比，观察组尿素氮、内生肌酐清除率改善更明显（P〈0．05）。结论 依那普利加复方丹参滴丸可明显改善糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能。Object To investigate the clilic effects of ACEI combined with the compound danshen diwan on diabetic nephropathy. Methods 55 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups, a controlled group with base tratment which contained ACEI and a observed group with the compound danshen diwan in combination with the base treatment. Urine protein, Blood urea nitrogen （BUN） were measured and Serum Creatinine （SCr） were calculated before and after the treatment of all patients. Results The three indexes were all improved in the two group; However, the effect of observed group was markedly superor to that of controlled group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conelustion The combination of ACEI and the compound danshen diwan may significantly improve renal function in diabetic nephropathy.
