摘 要:用LI-6400便携式光合测定系统研究了晴天条件下克撒西巴斯马和柯马蒂尼巴斯马的光合特性和光合日进程。结果表明,2品种的光合作用变化规律相似:叶片净光合速率日变化表现为双峰曲线,第1峰出现在上午11:00,第2峰值出现在下午15:00左右,存在明显的光合”午休”现象,蒸腾速率的日变化也呈双峰曲线。柯马蒂尼和克撒西巴斯马的光补偿点分别为33·67和46·95μmol·m-2·s-1,表观量子产额分别为0·0543和0·0559,光饱和点均在1600μmol·m-2·s-1左右,光饱和时的最大净光合速率分别为10·71和9·51μmol·m-2·s-1。Under sunny condition, the photosynthetic characteristics and diurnal changes of Xanthi and Komotini Basma were studied by using the LI - 6400 portable photosynthesis system. Results showed that variety regulation of photosynthesis in two different cultivars of oriental tobacco were similar: the diurnal change of net photosynthetic rate in leaves showed the double - peak curve, and the first peak appeared at 11:00, and sub- peak at 15:00, with an obvious phenomenon of “noontime repose”in leaf photosynthesis. Transpiration rate showed two peaks too. Light compensation points of Xanthi and Komotini Basma were 33.67 μmol·m^-2·s^-1 and 46.95 μmol·m^-2·s^-1 respectively, and light saturation points were 1600 μmol·m^-2·s^-1. Their apparent quantum yield were 0.0543 and 0.0599 respectively. Their maximum net photosynthetic rates were 10.71 μmol·m^-2·s^-1 and 9.51μmol·m^-2·s^-1 respectively.
