现代化农村社区的发展战略

摘　　要：“三农”问题一直是我国各级政府迫切需要解决的首要问题,积极探讨和研究解决当前农村突出问题的新途径,具有一定的现实意义。为此,详细地分析了我国农村社区的基本特征,指出建设现代化农村社区的新思路,建立了现代化农村社区评价指标体系,最后提出我国现代化农村社区建设的战略措施,以指导农村社区健康发展。Solving the problem of“farmers, villages and agriculture”is the most urgent task undertaken by all levels of government in China for a long time. It is realistic to energetically discuss and study the new way of solving the current focus of villages. In order to guild the development of rural community, the article details analyzes the basic characteristics of the rural community in China, points out the new construction thoughts of the rural modernization community, establishes the system of evaluation for the rural modernization community, and finally puts forward developmental stratagems of the rural modernization community.
