摘　　要：目的：优选白鲜皮最佳提取工艺。方法：以加乙醇量、乙醇浓度、回流时间、提取次数为四个因素,每个因素选取三个水平进行正交试验,优选各因素水平。结果：以高效液相测定白鲜皮含量为指标,白鲜皮提取工艺的最佳组合条件是A_3B_1C_1D_2。结论：最佳提取工艺为加乙醇量6倍,回流时间1h,乙醇浓度80%,提取2次。Objective： The best extraction＇s technolcgy of dictamnine with alchol.Methods. The paper describes the process of extracting dictamnine from Dictarnnus dasycarpus Turcz with alcohol by orthogonal design.The effect of amount and concentration of solvent and number of times and time of extraction on the yield of Dictarmnus dasycarpus Turcz and the content of dictamnine in the extract are discussed.Results：The optimum parameters are obtained there with A3B1C1D2. Conclusion： amount of solvent： six times, time of extraction： one hour, concentration of solvent： 80 %, number of times ：two.
