摘　　要：高酸性气井完井投产在国内是空白,属一项新工艺。文章针对川渝地区高酸性气田地质现状以及高酸性介质给气井完井投产造成相当大的困难,提出了川渝地区高酸性气井完井投产的工艺技术方案。通过罗家1井现场工艺试验,提出如下建议:①川东高酸性气井完井投产工艺采用永久式封隔器177.8mm套管射孔完成,酸化工艺采用解堵酸化;②采用大管径油管完井;③选用抗硫材料,加缓蚀剂保护,采用永久封隔器完井,采取措施减少井下积液等综合防腐方法。在生产过程中应考虑加注缓蚀剂防腐,加注硫溶剂或热油循环防止硫堵或水合物形成。The technology of well completion and putting into production for gas wells with high sulfur content is not available in China. It belongs to a new technique. Aiming at the current status of the geology of gas fields with high sulfur content in Sichuan and Chongqing areas, and the big difficulty caused by the medium with high sulfur content to the well completion and putting into production, the technical program is proposed for the well completion and putting into production of gas wells with high sulfur content in Sichuan and Chongqing areas. With the field test of Luojia Well 1, a new way is found for the well completion and putting into production of gas wells with high sulfur content in Sichuan and Chongqing areas, which provides the ground for the large-scale development of gas fields with high sulfur content in Sichuan and Chongqing areas.
