摘　　要：本文从宗教社会学角度对门宦制度及其内在结构等作了新的解读。作者认为,门宦是苏非导师及其追随者为了有效实现与宗教信仰相关的一系列特定价值目标而建立起来的结构比较严密的制度化群体,是由文本化的宗教思想、模式化的宗教仪式和层级化的教权组织等要素有机组合而成的一种相对稳定的结构体系。门宦是一个开放式的社会文化系统,它会随着时代的发展通过外部引导或自我调适而发生变迁。In this paper, from the visual angle of religious sociology, the author gives a new interpretation to the Islamic Menhuan of the northwest of China. In author＇ s opinion, Menhuan is a kind of tightly institutional group that was constructed by a Sufi spiritual leader with his followers in order to realize a series of particularly valuable object. There are three important parts in this stable structure-religious thoughts, patterning ritual and tight hierarchy. Menhuan is an open social cultural system, it changes in pace with the social development by itself or by some outside force.
