摘　　要：介绍了用廉价膨润土制备层状结晶二硅酸钠的方法。采用由膨润土制备造纸黑液处理絮凝剂后的残渣,以烧碱按一定的摩尔比浸取SiO2,再经浓缩、干燥、热处理,便可制备出符合质量要求的产品。此法克服了水玻璃法生产成本高,石英砂-烧碱法高压操作、工艺复杂的矛盾。A method of preparing crystal disodium silicate by cheap bentonite was introduced. Adopting the bentonite to prepare papermaking black wastewater floccculant ,deviating caustic soda pro rata to immerse its remnant and the SiO2 was obtained. After concentrating, drying and heat treatment. the product with requested quality,was also obtained. This method overcame some shortcomings such as high cost of soluble glass method and high pressure of complex craft of quartzite - caustic soda method.
