摘  要:介绍了一种新型氨法脱酸工艺——反应-萃取法脱除原油中环烷酸工艺的实验室研究情况。该方法使用乙二醇-氨溶液作为反应-萃取剂,使环烷酸与氨反应生成环烷酸铵,环烷酸铵溶于乙二醇中,与原油分离得到脱酸油和溶解了环烷酸的乙二醇溶液,将该溶液加热后得到环烷酸。研究表明,在乙二醇中氨质量分数3%-6%,反应时间20 min以上,反应温度50-60℃条件下,该方法能够有效地脱除绥中36-1原油中的环烷酸,得到的环烷酸的纯度可达到80%以上。多级反应一萃取可以有效地降低剂油比,提高脱酸率。The laboratory tests of reaction-extraction process for removing naphthenic acid from crude oils are detailed. In the process, glycol-ammonia solution is employed as reaction-extraction agent to initiate reaction of naphthenic acid with ammonia to form ammonia naphthenate, which is dissolved in glycol. The glycol with dissolved ammonia naphthenate is separated from oil and then heated to get naphthenic acid. The investigation demonstrates that, at the conditions of 3% -6 (m)% of ammonia in glycol, a reaction time of over 2 minutes and a reaction temperature of 50 -60℃, the process can effectively remove the naphthenic acid from Suizhong crude. The purity of naphthenic acid separated is greater than 80%. Furthermore, the multi-stage reaction-extraction process also favors the reduction of solvent to oil ratio and improvement of acid removal rate.
