电针夹脊穴治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛66例

摘　　要：目的：观察电针夹脊穴治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效；方法：采用回顾性分析我科2000年1月～2004年12月门诊和住院带状疱疹后遗神经痛病人的病历资料，总结电针夹脊穴疗法的疗效：结果：66例患者中，治愈46例，好转17例，无效3例，总有效率为95．2％；结论：电针夹脊穴治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛有较好的临床疗效。Objiective:To observe clinical effect of eletro-acupuncture Jiaji acupoint on cases of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Method:Analyse the data of all the PHN patients from Jan.2000 to Dec.2004,and investigate the clinic effect of eletro-acupuncture Jiaji acupoint.Result:The result showed that among the 66 cases,46 cases have been cured completely,marked effectiveness in 17 cases have turned better and no any effect in 3 cases.Conclusion: Eletro-acupuncture Jiaji is a effective therapy on PHN patient.
