摘　　要：目的:观察壮医药线点灸治疗脾虚泄泻的临床疗效。方法:脾虚泄泻患者84例随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例,治疗组采用壮医药线点灸治疗,对照组内服中药参苓白术散治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为88.10%,对照组总有效率为71.43%。结论:壮医药线点灸治疗脾虚泄泻有较好疗效。Objective: To observe the effect of moxibustion of zhuang medicated thread on diarrhea of spleen deficiency.Methods: Eighty-four cases of diarrhea of spleen deficiency were divided randomly into treatment group and control group, 42cases in each case.The treatment group was treated with moxibustion of zhuang medicated thread,the control group received treatment of chiness herbs.Results: The total response rates of the treatment group were 88.10%,the control group were 71.43%.Conclusion:moxibustion of zhuang medicated thread have good therapeutic effects on diarrhea of spleen deficiency.
