拳参正丁醇提取物的化学成分

摘　　要：目的分离拳参(Polygonum bistortaL.)根茎正丁醇提取物的化学成分并进行结构鉴定。方法利用硅胶、聚酰胺和Sephadex LH 20柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为丁香苷(syringin,Ⅰ)、儿茶素(catechin,Ⅱ)、芦丁(rutin,Ⅲ)、mururin A(Ⅳ)。结论Ⅰ和Ⅳ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of the n-BuOH extract of the rhizoma of Polygonurn bistorta L. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated on column chromatography of silical gel, polyamide and Sephadex LH-20, and identified by physico-chemical characters and spectroscopic analysis. Results Four compounds were isolated and identified as syringin（Ⅰ）, catechin（Ⅱ ）, rutin（Ⅲ）, mururin A （Ⅳ）. Conclusions Ⅰ and Ⅳ are isolated from the genus for the first time.
