国产与加拿大产西洋参茎叶总皂苷促智作用的比较

摘　　要：目的对国产和加拿大产西洋参茎叶总皂苷在促进学习记忆、保护急性脑缺血作用方面进行比较研究。方法采用小鼠一次性训练被动回避式条件反射的方法(跳台法、避暗法)和空间辨别学习记忆实验(水迷宫法)等方法进行研究。结果国产西洋参茎叶总皂苷(20 mg.kg-1)和加拿大产西洋参茎叶总皂苷(20 mg.kg-1)可显著减少东莨菪碱致记忆获得障碍小鼠在跳台实验中的错误次数,并可不同程度地延长脑缺血再灌注小鼠在跳台及避暗中的潜伏期,显著缩短水迷宫实验中小鼠找到安全台的时间,还可显著延长双侧颈总动脉结扎小鼠存活时间。结论国产西洋参茎叶总皂苷在促智作用方面表现出与加拿大产西洋参茎叶总皂苷相似的药效。Objective To compare the effect of Panax quinquefolium saponin of China（CHPQS） and Canada （CAPQS） on the ability of learning and memory. Methods By using the one-trial step-down and the stepthrough passive avoidance test, the water maze test, the effect of CHPQS and CAPQS on the ability of learning and memory were compared. Results Our results demonstrated that both CHPQS（20 mg·kg^-1）and CAPQS（20 mg·kg^-1 ）significantly improved scopolamine-induced acquisition impairment, and both CHPQS （20 mg·kg^-1）and CAPQS（20 mg·kg^-1）protected the mice from the acute cerebral ischemia. Moreover, both of them significantly improved the memory deficits induced by cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. Conclusions These results suggest that CAPQS and CHPQS have the similar effect on protection and restoration of the ability of learning and memory. It suggests that CHPQS can be used instead of CAPQS and our nation＇s source can be used more widely.
