论血液灌流联合血液透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床观察

摘　　要：目的比较血液透析(HD)和血液灌流与血液透析串联(HP/HD)两种方法的疗效。方法维持性HD的慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者进行HP/HD4小时与HD4小时进行比较。结果HD和HP/HD均能清除中、小分子。HP/HD与HD对清除小分子无差别。HP/HD清除中分子(MMS)优于HD。结论HP/HD治疗临床症状改善效果优于HD。Objective To compare the curative effect of hemodialysis （HD） with hemoperfusion combined hemodialysis （HP/HD）. Methods 4. 0 hours＇ HP/HD is compared with 4. 0 hours＇ HD in maintaining HD patient with chronic renal failure （CRF）. Results HP/HD and HD can eliminate moderate and small molecular, there is no difference between HP/HD and HD. HP/HD is better than HD in eliminating moderate molecular substance. Conclusion HP/HD is superior to HD in improvement of clinical symptom.
