我院近5年神经外科疾病构成分析  

ANALYSIS OF THE CONSTITUTIVE RATIO OF NEUROSURGICAL DISEASES IN OUR HOSPITAL IN RECENT 5 YEARS

摘　　要：目的调查我院神经外科住院病人病种的构成情况及其临床特．最。方法收集近5年在我院神经外科住院病A．3851例，统计分析不同疾病所占的比例及其与性别、年龄的关系。结果3种主要的疾病依次为颅脑外伤53．80％，颅内血管性疾病26．90％，颅脑肿瘤9．06％，总的男女比例为2．21：1。脑外伤多见于20-40岁中青年人，颅内血管性疾病则多见于老年患者。结论由于社会环境因素的变化，神经外科疾病谱发生了相应的变化。Objective To investigate the constitutive ratio of different neurosurgical diseases and their clinical features. Methods 3 851 cases of inpatients in the department of neurosurgery in our hospital in recent 5 years were collected and their diagnosis, sex and age were statistically analyzed. Results The constitutive ratios of the main 3 diseases were traumatic brain injury 53.80%, non-traumatic intracranial vessel diseases 26.90% and brain tumors 9. 06% respectively. The total ratio of male and female was 2. 21 ： 1. The traumatic brain injury was common in the younger patients 20 - 40 y and the non-traumatic intracranial vessel diseases more in the aged patients. Conclusion The order of neurosurgical disease begins to change due to the factors of social environment.
