摘　　要：本文研究索绪尔、乔姆斯基和韩礼德这三位语言学家关于意义的不同的理论观点，并分析产生的根源及其对各自语言理论及语言研究的影响，进而分析说明现代语言学说和语义学之间如何相互影响、相互制约。This article deals with the three linguists, that is Sassure, Chomsky and Halliday＇s different points on meaning, analyzes its roots and its effects on respective linguistics theory and language research. Furthermore, it analyzes the relation of modem language theories and semantics, that is, how they effected and restricted each other.
