摘　　要：构建和谐社会,是我们党应对当前既是“发展的黄金期”又是“矛盾的凸显期”提出的重大战略任务。构建和谐社会,一要加快发展,必须坚持效率优先,完善收入分配制度的激励机制,激发创造力,实现各尽其能;二要消解矛盾,本着兼顾公平,完善收入分配制度的均衡机制,实现各得其所。To build harmonious society is an important strategic task of the CCP facing “the golden period of development” as well as“a period of protruding contradictions”. It calls for priority in efficiency, perfection of income distribution stimulating mechanism, stimulation of creative ability and realization of everyone doing his best for a rapid economic growth and fairness, perfection of income distribution balancing mechanism and realization of everyone getting what he deserves for a solution of contradictions, to complete the great task.
