摘　　要：探讨采用基于特征和知识相结合的技术，建立注塑件产品模型，实现注塑件尺寸到成形零部件尺寸的智能转换，为建立注塑模型胶型芯模型打下基础，并以ＵＧＩＩＶ９．０为支撑软件，用其Ｍａｃｒｏ及二次开发语言Ｇｒｉｐ实现。A feature based method combined with design knowledge was proposed in this paper.Using this method,the product model of injection molding part was established, an intelligent dimension conversion algorithm from injection molding part to forming part of injection mold was realized. So that the solid base was made for building the cavity and core models of injection mold. The approaches had been used in the development of an injection mold design system and EDS/UGII as a supported system.
