摘　　要：目的探讨肺结核患者生活满意度及其相关因素。方法采用生活满意度指数LSIZ(13项),自评抑郁量表SDS(20项)和焦虑自评量表SAS(20项)等量表,对510例肺结核患者和正常人群进行对照研究,并通过t检验、方差分析和多元回归分析探讨其影响因素。结果肺结核患者生活满意度较健康人群低,并有一定程度的焦虑和抑郁,而影响生活满意度的主要因素为病灶大小、痰菌、咯血、个人收入及医疗支付形式。结论只有让肺结核患者充分了解疾病的表现和治疗的方案,在心理、社会等方面得到更多的关爱,才能提高肺结核患者的治疗质量和生活满意度。Objective To study life satisfaction of patients with tuberculosis and its related factors. Methods SDS（20 items）,SAS（20 items）and LSIZ（13 items）were used to study llfe satisfaction and its related factors Five hundred and ten patients with tubereulosis and normal control group were compared by student＇s test, ANOVA, and multiple logistic regression analysis. Results The life satisfaction of patients with tuberculosis was lower than that of normal group. The patients with tuberculosis had some anxiety and depression, The major influencing factors were the size of the lesion, positive sputum, herooptysis, personal income and way of payment of the medical care. Conclusion Full understanding of the symptoms and treatment by the patient, and more psychological and social care should improve the treatment quality and life satisfaction of patients with tuberculosis.
