摘  要:目的:研究4周LOLO、HILO、LOHI和HIHILO低住低练(LOLO)组、高住低练(HILO)组、高练低住(LOHI)组和高练高住低练(HIHILO)组,训练对人体白细胞系淋巴细胞,单核细胞,粒细胞计数的影响。方法:以24名优秀女子赛艇运动员为研究对象,专业训练年限为4 ̄7年。将运动员随机分为4组,每组6人,即对照组-低住低练(LOLO)组、高住低练(HILO)组、高练低住组(LOHI)和高练高住低训组(HIHILO)组,在每周训练后检测白细胞系3种白细胞计数。结果:不同低氧训练模式对3种白细胞的影响效果不一,HIHILO模式会使粒细胞数下降的幅度较大,HILO训练模式会使淋巴细胞和单核细胞的数量下降,而粒细胞数却出现大幅上升,LOHI组3种白细胞计数则无较大变化。Objective:To discuss the influence of four weeks LoLo, HiLo, LoHi and HiHiLo training on plasmawhite white blood cell count including lymphocyte, monocyte and granulocyte count of female rowers. Method: 24 rowers were divided into four groups which are LoLo group, LoHi group, HiLo group and HiHiLo group. Each group has 6 rowers. Every week they were measured after training. Results: There are different effects on white blood cell count in different model of hypoxia training. In HiHiLo group, we found that granulocyte count decreased greatly. In HiLo group, both lymphocyte and monocyte count all decreased but granulocyte count increased much more. At last we found that there is little change of three kinds of white blood cell count in the LoHi group.
